we like to think ourselves elevated from segregation. after all, it is 2017! the days of discrimination are long gone. we live in a society that embraces all cultures - nationalities - ethnicities. surely there is no incidence of classification. if only that were the case. it appears we have moved less than acceptable distance from yesterday's regret. conflict still takes center stage in the play of our us. tension exists between classes and violence seems the new socially accepted norm. sadly, it doesn't appear there is much hope left for camaraderie. in actuality, moral turpitude seems more accurate summation of 21st century behavior...i close this door tonight holding in my hands the remnants of faith. ribbons of suppose - unattached - deliberately free from the bondage of is. and you there - loitering in the fringe of indecision - don't you think it's time you chose a platform of allegiance? there is no law that requires forced accommodation. in case you may have forgotten, we entered this carnival of divine jurisprudence alone. surely you do not imagine elevation your option - much less your right. at the end of this journey, there will only be one exit door. not sure about you, but i'm thinking it would make better sense to position yourself as close as possible, long before the fire removes option of escape...
